ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 after spending more than 20 years with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a Claims Adjuster and Field Specialist, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how to help customers through every stage of life. I'm a proud Baton Rouge native, a dedicated LSU fan, and enjoy international travel and spending time with my family.
Giving back to our community is important to our agency. We proudly support local schools through back-to-school drives and pizza parties, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact where we live and work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Reginald Grace - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Reginald Grace - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
